Workers have a new tool for navigating the difficult and often confusing workers’ compensation process. CJG attorney Valerie Johnson has authored a manual to answer workers’ questions and address their concerns. Valerie is distributing the second edition of her workers’ comp book, Workers’ Comp 101: Lessons You Need to Learn Before It’s Too Late to employees and unions across North Carolina.
Workers’ Comp 101 is a short and simply-written guide to North Carolina’s workers’ compensation system. It aims to help workers avoid the most common pitfalls and mistakes that end up hurting their claims, preventing them from getting the care and financial support that they desperately need and deserve.
